    Are your products authentic?

    Yes, all products are 100% authentic, if not money-back guaranteed.

    Why does the order take longer to be delivered?
    Please note that all items are pre-order and imported from USA, UK & Europe, hence delivery will be delayed. Delivery will take at least 2-4 weeks from the order date.
    Can I cancel my order?

    Once the order is placed you cannot cancel it, as we run a pre-order basis.

    Can I request a specific bag not featured on your website?

    Yes, please note that we do not take in requests for Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermes & Goyard as the prices for those designers are controlled. For bag requests, please submit your request here

    Can I self-collect the item(s)?

    Currently, self-collection is not allowed at this moment, we will be looking to have a collection centre soon.

    How much is the delivery fee?

    Delivery will be S$20 for all orders under S$100. Free delivery for S$100 & above.

    How long will it take to deliver?

    Delivery will be within 2-4 weeks, barring any unexpected logistics delays (e.g. prolonged customs clearance).

    How long is the return period?

    Returns will need to be made within 7 days from delivered date.

    Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

    If you notice you have made a mistake in entering your house number or street name, please contact our customer care team via email info@belmontluxe.com or WhatsApp at +65 81894708 as soon as you can after the order has been made.

    We will always try and accommodate the address updates.

    Sometimes this is not possible if too much time has elapsed between the order and the notification.

    How do I return my item

    How long does the refund take?

    After we receive your returned item(s), refunds will be made within 5 working days.

    Are your items brand new or preloved?

    All items are brand new, we do not sell preloved items at the moment. If we do, they will be stated clearly.
